No problems after a years worth of use.By EZEZEZEZEZEZEZI should say that the unit did have a bad pressure switch on arrival but CH got that rectified quickly. Since, the initial problem there haven't been any and it has worked as expected. I have it in my hobby shop and it easily keeps with anything and everything I do. I arrived after 5pm to check the item. Box had a hole in the side. Once opened I noticed the Manual and Hardware was missing. And that the unit was Dropped. The plastic case around the Pump/Motor Assembly was cracked. Called Amazon and reported. They sent me a replacement on Sept 23. Was "Out for Delivery" on Sept 25 at 7:57 am. Today on Sept 26 it still hasnt been delivered. Called UPS. Got a politicians answer. How the Driver cant go home untill all packages are delivered. As of 10/6/09 Compressor #2 is still AWOL in the UPS tracking system. Mike K at Amazon helped me get another. #3. Which did arrive damaged. This piece of equipment is not for someone looking for a "ready out of the box" compressor. It has to be plumbed into place and requires about $125 worth of accessories: power cord, shutoff valve, water trap/dirt separator, pressure regulator, hose, etc. It also requires about 4 or 5 hours worth of labor to plumb. Overall I am completely satisfied with this compressor, it's quiet, and by quiet I mean I can talk over it without yelling, like the case with most smaller oil free compressors. The box was busted on one side causing some of the content to spill outside (a tire and air filter). On top of that, FedEx delivered the box upside down, causing the discharge tube to bend, the air filter to separate from the pump, a busted pressure gauge and a bent handle bar. The FedEx people did not bother to collect a signature because they knew that anyone at home would have refused delivery of the unit in such a poor condition. So they just dropped (upside down) it and ran away.The kind people at Campbell Hausfeld will send me all the damaged parts at no cost to fix it.
